Brett started in the business at age twelve, working in his grandfather's pub. He attended Northeastern University's School of Business & graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale's School of Culinary Arts. After graduating, Brett left south Florida hot spot, Bistro Mezzaluna for Manhattan. He worked with top Chef Charlie Palmer at Aureole & Alva & Chef David Burke at Park Avenue Café. Before joining BlueEarth, Brett was the executive chef at Guernica, a trendy restaurant and lounge on NYC's Lower East Side. He lives in Cliffside Park, NJ with his wife and their son.

Hiranth has been creating fine cuisine for more than fifteen years. He has worked with such renowned chefs as David Burke & Richard Leach of Park Avenue Café in NYC & has trained in several famous West Coast restaurants. Hiranth is an instructor at the Natural Gourmet Cookery Institute for Food & Healing. He also appears as a guest chef in spas across the East Coast. Acclaimed chef Hiranth is proficient in many types of ethnic cuisine as well as classic Continental cooking & can prepare dishes tailored to any nutritional specifications. He lives in Leonia, NJ with his wife, and their daughter.
